COMPANY OVERVIEW

The William Middlebrooks Company, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is an emerging diversified multi-media enterprise with four business segments: entertainment, athletics, education and real estate.

ENTERTAINMENT

For more than 30 years, William Middlebrooks has been a multi-platinum earning entertainment executive, producer, certified studio engineer and professional musician. Entertainment is foundation upon which The William Middlebrooks Company is built. Today, our Entertainment segment comprises management of our intellectual properties and consulting. Historically, via Reality Entertainment Group and the Farmer Middlebrooks Company, we were extremely successful in the spaces of recorded music, filmed content, radio programming, entertainment marketing and music publishing businesses. In addition to content development, marketing and distribution functions, this segment included communications, digital media, market research and sales groups.

EDUCATION

William Middlebrooks believes that 21st century education is all about inspiring future leaders and engaging students with meaningful and interactive experiences. Our Education segment seeks to redefine how education is formulated, executed with new models and demonstrated results. Based on a real-world example that is William Middlebrooks himself, our Education segment offers the opportunity to transform people and organizations alike by seeing success in action. We will continually find ways to inject people with fresh perspectives and positive outcomes, resulting in a love for life-long learning in those we impact.

REAL ESTATE

Our Real Estate segment works in conjunction with the Education and Athletics segments, to purchase or rent (as well as manage) real estate that benefits those segments while generating external revenue. In addition, this segment looks to get involved in low risk real estate opportunities that have sound exit strategies.

ATHLETICS

Our Athletics segment seeks to develop new operation models that thrive in the ever changing realm of both amateur and professional sports. With high schools and colleges finding the need to eliminate non-revenue sports teams, while youth sports organizations struggle to survive due to unsustainable business structures & unrealistic expectations, William Middlebrooks believes “there must be a better way.” Professional sports is a billion dollar industry but the reality is they cannot continue to thrive if amateur sports and player development fails. Middlebrooks spends everyday REIMAGINING how the athletic landscape must continually evolve.
